St. Albert RCMP Investigate Bear Spray Incident

The St. Albert RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a suspect involved in a road rage incident involving bear spray.

On June 7, 2017 at 8:54 pm St. Albert RCMP responded to an assault with bear spray at the Wendy's restaurant located at 470 St. Albert Trail. The alleged victim reported he was trying to enter the drive-thru lane when an argument ensued with another driver. The male driver of the other car got out of his vehicle and sprayed the victim. The suspect's vehicle is described as a gold Honda CRV from the early to mid 2000's with items hanging from the mirror. The suspect male is described as between 18 to 20 years old, approximately 5"10 and with medium length hair. St. Albert RCMP is also looking to speak with an unidentified witness who followed the suspect's vehicle in a black sedan after the assault.
