Update - St. Albert RCMP Seek Assistance in Firearms Incident
St. Albert RCMP continue to investigate a shooting incident that occurred on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at approximately 10:20 p.m. and are asking that any residents of the Lacombe Park neighbourhood of St. Albert that saw or heard anything suspicious around that time to call police.
St. Albert RCMP are looking for information about a dark coloured vehicle that would have left the Lacombe Park area shortly after 10:20 p.m. Tuesday evening. Officers are seeking information that would confirm the make and model of that vehicle, so information about the vehicle from the public would assist this investigation.
Again, RCMP believe there to be no risk to public safety and are continuing to investigate this incident.

At approximately 10:20 p.m. on Tuesday, January 22, 2019, St. Albert RCMP were called to the Lacombe Park neighbourhood of St. Albert for a firearms complaint. A male adult resident of St. Albert is currently in hospital with non-life threatening injuries. RCMP believe there to be no risk to public safety and are continuing to investigate this incident.
