St. Albert RCMP heavy police presence in Northwest quadrant of St. Albert

St. Albert RCMP are asking for public to avoid the Northwest quadrant of St. Albert, between Giroux Road & Ray Gibbon Road, due to an unfolding event. There will be a heavy police presence in the area until the matter is resolved. The area has been contained by RCMP and pedestrian traffic is being re-routed.

There are no public safety issues at this time however, should this incident prolong it may interrupt activity in and around the area.
