RCMP investigate stolen electric bike (with photos)

On July 26, 2022, at approximately 7:50 p.m. St. Albert RCMP received a complaint of a stolen electric bike, which was parked on the sidewalk outside Value Buds on St. Albert Trail. At 7:05 p.m., the owner of the electric bike went into the business for only a couple of minutes, and when the owner exited the business the bike was gone. An unknown male suspect was seen on video surveillance scanning the area around the business, then getting on the electric bike and rode away with it.

The stolen electric bike is described as:St. Albert RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the male suspect who stole the electric bike. If anyone has information regarding this investigation, they are asked to contact St. Albert RCMP at 780-458-7700.
