RCMP charge a male with break and enter to a business

On March 10, 2023, at approximately 12:20 a.m., St. Albert RCMP received several reports that a male was in the fence compounds of multiple businesses in Riel Business Park. St. Albert members, along with the assistance of RCMP Police Dog Services, were able to track down the male inside a fenced compound on Riel Drive and arrested him without incident. The male had in his possession numerous stolen items from one of the businesses on Riel Drive, along with a pry bar and pliers. The male was also wanted for three outstanding warrants for Failing to Appear in Court on unrelated matters.

Brent Miller (32), a resident of Edmonton, Alta., was charged with the following offences:

Brent Miller was held for a Judicial Interim Release Hearing. He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in St. Albert Provincial Court on March 27, 2023.
