St. Albert RCMP are asking for public assistance to locate 32-year-old Anthony Cutter. Anthony was last seen on July 8th in Edmonton.

Anthony Cutter is described as:

• Indigenous male;
• 6’ tall;
• Approximately 180 lbs;
• Short black hair; and
• Brown eyes
