On October 6, 2018, in the late afternoon, an unknown male entered Lowe's and spent upward of 2-3 hours in the store arranging and preparing for a large theft, approximately $15,000. During his stay, the unknown male entered the manager's office, stole a Lowe's employee vest and went through-out the warehouse, destroying security sensors with a hammer and setting up items to take. The male was seen on video surveillance leaving the store and coming back in several times.

At approximately 7:30 p.m. the same unknown male entered Best Buy, wearing the stolen Lowe's employee vest, and stole $3500-$4000 worth of monitors, portable speakers and a vacuum, which was also caught on video surveillance.

St. Albert RCMP is asking for the public's help to identify the unknown male in the photos. The unknown male is described as:
