St. Albert RCMP confirm that Francis Jayne Jacobs has been located safe and unharmed. St. Albert RCMP would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance.

St. Albert RCMP are asking for public assistance to locate 28-year-old Francis Jayne Jacobs. Francis was last seen by her family three months ago at the St. Albert Walmart parking lot. On August 16, 2022, Francis was seen at the Boyle Street Centre in Edmonton, but has not been seen since. Francis is believed to be in the Edmonton or Calgary area.

Francis is described as:

• Indigenous female;
• 5’2” tall;
• Approximately 125 lbs;
• Longer dark brown hair;
• Brown eyes
