UPDATED 2021/09/29: RCMP Investigate Sexual Assault

The St. Albert RCMP General Investigation Section have continued to investigate additional Sexual Assault complaints from victims that have come forward. Rizaldy PARRENO, 45 years old, of St. Albert, has been charged with 7 additional counts of Sexual Assault. He has been released from police custody with conditions and is set to appear in court next on October 18, 2021.

St. Albert Victim Services Unit continues to be engaged to assist and reach out to victims.

St. Albert RCMP encourage any additional victims to come forward.

On July 24, 2021, a female attended the St. Albert RCMP detachment, reporting that she was sexually assaulted by her Massage Therapist during an appointment. An investigation was conducted by the St. Albert RCMP resulting in a 45 year old male, Rizaldy PARRENO of St. Albert, being charged with Sexual Assault. He has been released from police custody with conditions and is set to appear in court on September 13, 2021.

St. Albert Victim Services Unit has been engaged to assist and have reached out to the victim.

St. Albert RCMP believe there may be additional victims and encourage those individuals to come forward.
