RCMP investigate Break, Enter and Theft at local business – Update

St. Albert RCMP would like to inform business owners that an additional two business Break, Enter and Thefts have occurred within St. Albert. RCMP would like to warn businesses to not keep cash in the business overnight, and to ensure their security systems are functioning properly. St. Albert RCMP also recommend leaving empty cash registers open, so that an empty cash register is not damaged or stolen.

The additional Break and Enters occurred on September 17, 2022 at approximately 9:15am at Cosmic Pizza, and on September 21, 2022 at approximately 6:10am at HERC’s Nutrition. In each instance, the business had been entered causing damage to the doors, as well as the cash register itself or the float trays were taken.

St. Albert RCMP are looking for anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in these areas, or may have video surveillance or dash camera footage of the area around the time in question. St. Albert RCMP encourage residents and business owners to report any suspicious activity.
