RCMP arrest two individuals on numerous property crimes

On April 13, 2025, St. Albert RCMP received multiple calls for service regarding theft from vehicles and theft from a construction site in the areas of Grandin, Erin Ridge, Northridge, and Jensen Lakes. Electronics, construction tools, personal identification, and credit cards were amongst the items stolen. During the course of their investigation, St. Albert RCMP located a stolen vehicle parked outside a local motel, which matched a vehicle seen in surveillance videos obtained at one of the theft locations. Further investigation lead to two individuals being arrested at the motel.

Brady Joseph Ford (25), a resident of Edmonton, was arrested and charged with:

Conor Lee Briscoe (41), a resident of Edmonton, was arrested and charged with:Brady Ford was taken before a Justice of the Peace and remanded in custody with his next court date set for April 16, 2025 at the Alberta Court of Justice in Barrhead. Conor Briscoe was taken before a Justice of the Peace and released from custody with her next court date set for May 5, 2025 at the Alberta Court of Justice in St. Albert.
